Un musée très émouvant dans un lieu inspirant le respect et la reconnaissance. Le planneur ainsi que le C47 rendent bien compte des moyens mis en oeuvre cette nuit là quand on imagine que ces engins sont arrivés par centaines.

Un musée sur 3 magnifiques bâtiments qui relate la vie des parachutistes américains au moment du débarquement en Normandie.
Un planeur, des tenues, des objets d'époque...
Le dernier bâtiment construit inclus une simulation d'avion avec les paras avec bruits ambiants et vibrations ; époustouflant !
Un bon retour dans l'Histoire de France pas si lointaine.

Beautiful exhibition of objects, beautiful plane and gliding. A small regret the third building is not finished yet. It is necessary to get there.

Very beautiful museum with a lot of objects from the second world war and a gliding that can be visited. Very interesting as well for children and adults.
The museum is big enough to have the feeling of each other. It is time to read the panels.
