Its imposing light-coloured stone walls enclose a beautiful flowered patio, whose ground floor walls are still decorated with the original paintings in red tones. The first floor, where one can visit the cells and common areas, offers beautiful views of the surrounding area. The convent of Tepoztlán is the beginning of a route known as the route of the convents.
