LOS CAMPOS
This is a nice little address to the rather surprising quality that you will have (rightly) the difficulty to dismiss to try other addresses… In this intimate setting you will be comfortable to eat a salad or sandwich, but especially to taste and share the copious tapas of the restaurant (jamón serrano artesanal de Guanajuato, served with olive oil and seasonal fruits) or the few dishes proposed: beef filet with black pepper and grass sauces accompanied by cambray apples; Roasted pork chops, pineapple and caramelized onions etc. The preparations are both delicate and varied, since sauces and trimming are not blended abruptly but presented in such a way as to leave the choice of mixing flavors and textures. As for desserts, we can only advise you to try them all, day after day. A true creative cuisine, unpretentious.
