CALLEJONEADA
Tradition of Guanajuato with the group of musicians estudiantinas that invites to discover the city at night by singing and dancing
Callejoneadas are a Guanajuato tradition. A group of musicians, called estudiantinas because they are theoretically university students, accompany you through the streets of downtown Guanajuato, stopping at certain points to sing and dance. A fun way to discover the city after dark. It's easy to join in: from 6 p.m., members of the estudiantinas start strolling the Jardín Unión to invite passers-by to join in.
