CASA DEL TUMBAGÓN

Tumbagón is the typical sweet of San Miguel, whose recipe dates back to the sixteenth century when a Franciscan monk of French origin began to produce it in the village. It is a small cake made with wheat, bitter orange, anise and cinnamon. You must try it during your stay. This shop prepares some of the best in the city, following the traditional recipe handed down for five generations. It also offers other flavours, such as strawberry, vanilla, coffee and even chocolate. To be enjoyed without moderation.
