It is a small family restaurant with a very good menu that varies according to the seasons. Bread, butter, sausages and various deli meats, ice creams and pastries are all homemade; the rest of the ingredients come from local producers. There are salads (beetroot, goat and nut cheese), terrines (including artichoke, avocado and chicken), salmon trout, pork shank and even real fruit pies.... For beverages, the emphasis is on national products: artisanal beers (especially) and Mexican wines.
