Elegant restaurant located in a period house. The mission of the chef is to work a current cuisine inspired by the ancestral recipes of the Tabasco, Yucatán, Oaxaca and Chiapas states. And, as you say immediately, the result is very successful: fish to the banana plantain, cooked in chaya leaves, tlayudas of Oaxaca, chamorro al pibil, homemade bread and original cocktails.
