Petit restaurant typique au murs colorés. Endroit sympathique et calme pour un mole poblano excellent. A deux pas, se trouve un marché artisanal.

Restaurant historique de la ville, géré par la troisième génération de la famille. Une institution à Puebla. Tous les plats typiques de la ville sont proposés dont le fameux molle : viande de boeuf, sauce cacao sésame. Possibilité de commander les bières artisanales de la ville. Bon rapport qualité prix dans un cadre convivial.
