A magnificent village restaurant, whose decor sets the tone: a true Vosges ambiance without artifice. The menu is just fantastic, and you'll be spoilt for choice with pâté en croûte, Alsatian duck foie gras, rösti, kidneys, bouchées à la reine... all accompanied by a fine wine selected with passion. A member of the Slow Food alliance, the restaurant uses fresh, homemade ingredients. A Friday tradition: the teams bake bread and brioche over a wood fire. Excellent homemade ice creams all year round!
