ALLIANCE FRANÇAISE

The Alliance Française de Morondava is a cultural center located in Morondava, Madagascar. Founded in 1978, it was recognized as a public utility in 2012 by the Malagasy government. The Alliance Française de Morondava works in a network with the country's other Alliances Françaises and maintains close ties with public authorities, citizens and its patrons. Its main missions are to promote the teaching of the French language, to facilitate cultural exchanges and the promotion of local culture, and to provide access to reading material for all. The Alliance Française de Morondava also offers educational projects for people in need of professional training and without resources, as well as free cultural activities to promote local artists.
