The rooms are comfortable, which is the only reason this is not a 1 star review.
I was in touch with the property throughout the day to schedule a transport from the “taxi brousse” bus station. The guy “couldn’t find me” although I stand out quite a bit in Madagascar. I walked through a thunderstorm and arrived soaking wet. Upon arrival, I was immediately asked for my passport, instead of being offered some desperately needed water.
There is no drinking water provided in the rooms. Water is charged by the bottle at 3x the local price.
The WiFi did not work in my room for my 3 night stay.
The food is 5x the price of a normal meal nearby. The drinks are 2-3x the price. Walking into town for a meal or a beer is far, and they take full advantage of this.
After my 3 night stay, I was reminded at the restaurant several times to pay my bill, which I was fully aware of.
The location is a bit of a walk from the main village, which would be a hassle if I had luggage.
Overall, an extremely underwhelming & overpriced experience. (I spent about $230 USD for a 3 night stay)

Andasibe town is worth a late afternoon stroll if you like Madagascarian street vibes. Super friendly people...
Lemurs Lodge handled our booking wrongly and we ended up in the last room available though we had booked a bungalow. The room option was only given to us after an argument with the manager...
The restaurant is nothing more than mediocre... And far too expensive. A big black rat was running around our table while we had dinner - according to the restaurant staff, this was okay as it was raining outside and animals were looking for shelter in such weather conditions. I'm still not sure if I should believe this explanation... ???? ???? ????
The two nights spent at Lemurs Lodge rank around the lowlights of our Madagascar time. There are other lodges in the area (closer to the National Park), check those before you book with Lemurs Lodge...
