Halfway between the reception booth and the tapes, the Gargotte Relais de Tim offers simple bungalows, but typical of traditional materials for small budgets. An original experience to discover the lives of these villagers on what might seem "in the middle of nowhere." The relais also offers menus at noon and evening (highly recommended reservation), with the local specialty: wild wild boar to honey. Shrimp also available in season.

Avant ou après la visite des Tsingy Rouges, un arrêt dans cette gargote perdue au milieu de nulle part s’impose pour prendre un verre ou déguster le plat du jour (nous c’était des crevettes en sauce délicieuses). La cuisine est faite sur place avec les moyens du bord : chapeau !

Ce genre de logement est un plus pour vivre Madagascar de façon proche des locaux. Le bungalow est typique, construit avec des matéiraux locaux, à l'intérieur il est fin simple mais largement suffisant pour s'imprégner de la vie malagasy. Le contact dans le village avec les locaux permet de savourer encore plus le séjour à Madagascar
