LE BISTROT
After creating and selling Madirokely's Tsy Manin, Jacquot took over the "Catalan" restaurant at the beginning of Ambatoloaka. The lunch address for wazas and some Malagasy people who appreciate the cuisine of the bistro, which gives pride of place to the traditional dishes of our beautiful metropolis and the Indian Ocean. The speciality here is the low temperature braised hock. Andouillette grilled with mustard, parmentier of duck or candied leg, rougail sausage and its seeds, fish soup and seafood. We also tested Nosy Be oysters, small but strong in taste, much more iodized than in Fort Dauphin! We stop on the large tables by the roadside for the atmosphere, or on the terrace on the first floor for more privacy.
