Residence to avoid absolutely. Patting heads are franchement unpleasant (to be polite). I had not arrived for 2 minutes that we had to pay the balance of the stay! On the phone when I booked, they assured me that I would have the choice of storing my bicycles (a bike bike and a mountain bike, worth almost 4000 euros) either in the apartment or in the "secure" ski space. They have forced me to store them in the ski room (with a code of access, but if other customers of the residence can access it, I don't consider it secure). Scared to get them stolen, then I brought them back into the apartment. The manager who no longer saw them in the ski room allowed himself to return to my apartment with his pass and in my absence (without obviously preventing me), or a good home violation! And he got so swollen after that I had no choice but to put them in the ski room. In addition to that, the manager is a crook. While the visitor's tax was 0,80 € per day and per person and I stayed three days (i. e. 2,40 € since I was alone), he billed me 9 € of visitor tax, claiming that it was based not on the occupancy of the apartment but on its capacity (in this case 3 people). Even if this argument had been true, I would still have flown € 1,80 (because 0,80 € x 3 people x 3 days = 7,20 €). I almost had to make myself because I had to pay everything from my arrival, and I had not gaffe. It's by checking my credit card ticket that I realized the scam. Given how he had inflated me to the storage of the bikes, I made it a clever pleasure to ask him for the refund of the 6,60 € that he tried to steal me. He paid me back, but reluctantly. The apartment in itself was correct (with the exception of noise, absolutely disastrous), and ideally placed in the station. But it's a real cash factory, with a couple of managers who have no sense of hospitality. In short, an address to avoid absolutely!

Médiocre, nous avons ete tres déçu de l accueil, les appartements manquent de prises électriques , 1000 euros la semaine et une literie absolument pas adaptée, aucune couettes ,de vieilles couvertures , peu de rangement , de l eau chaude par intermittence, la tuyauterie fait énormément de bruits, local ski trop petit et une odeur à tomber par terre , ( impossible de mettre 5 paires de chaussures en plus des skis et on vous demande de ne pas mettre les chaussures dans l appartement ) des propriétaires pas sympathiques je dirais même insociables , et ne mangez surtout pas la bas, vous allez vous ruiner pour un repas de cantine. C est la première fois que nous sommes déçus à ce point. Nous ne reviendrons jamais.

Incroyable mais vrai. Jamais je n'aurais imaginé. Même un etap hotel et mieux insonorisé. C est une catastrophe et une honte pour 70 a 100 euro la nuit. Nous nous fait avoir par la localisation. On entend les conversations, la télé...bref c est INCROYABLE

Very pleasant family holiday in residence way chalet well. The warmth of wood and the taste of facilities allow you to enjoy peacefully a stay where did not miss that snow... It is practical and the studios have more charm than many of residence built mountain style buildings in the Paris area. We are back with pleasure.

I confirm according to the negative opinions. Owners not very friendly, not very available. You are entitled to hello and smiling only time to pay... Bottom-of-the-range apartment trade-union minimum, poorly insulated, noisy, mall heated draughts. Impossible to rest. Chase water flees, hot water when it has time.
Avoid even if the view on the slopes is interesting and the ideal location. Because rate is nevertheless savoury with the view of the service provided.

We were disappointed by our stay in Saporta.
Many negative points: very pleasant welcome, dirtiness (especially common areas with cigarette end crushed on the carpet), apartment badly heated (especially upstairs, where it was even for the blizzard; meet the tenant: you are in the mountains madame; not bad, not?), noise of piping all night, tiny ski lockers, ageing and poorly maintained residence, very small apartment for 5, I forget others!
The only positive point: the location at the bottom of the slopes, and as a result they enjoy it!

Holiday D winter 2012 - 2013 with our 4 children with SAPORTA it was happiness:
a magnificent site adorable owners, super atmosphere, very functional and well-appointed rentals duplex, clean, recommend absolutely.
