A popular lookout point for climbing, set in the narrowest and wildest part of the Gorges.

The Chassezac, a tributary of the Ardèche, has carved imposing granite gorges beneath the medieval village, reaching a remarkable depth of 400 metres. The view from the village is already magnificent, but it becomes even more spectacular from the belvedere slightly to the north. While lovers of breathtaking panoramas will be drawn here, those in search of a thrill can embark on a cliff-climbing adventure.

Superbes gorges à vélo
Les gorges du Chassezac sont sublimes ! A remonter à vélo pour en profiter un maximum. Route peu fréquentée donc agréable.

Les gorges sont sublimes jusqu'aux Vans sans aucun doute. Au niveau du belvédère, je suis descendue pour faire une demi-journée de canyoning, certains peuvent randonner dans ce coin-là. C'est sublime d'en haut mais également d'en bas.
