MARIENTHAL BASILICA OF OUR LADY OF MARIENTHAL
The Basilica of Our Lady of Marienthal can accommodate you for a time of retreat, a night of adoration...
In the 13th century, Albert de Haguenau retired to his mother's land and decided to devote himself entirely to God. With the help of hermit monks, he built a convent and a chapel. In the 15th century, Our Lady performed numerous miracles, and pilgrims have been flocking here ever since. Today, guided tours are organized in summer, as well as a torchlight procession on Assumption Day and lectures. You can be accommodated for a time of retreat or a night of adoration.
