Restaurant in a warm and welcoming setting for creative and innovative dishes in Klingenthal.
The setting is charming, with a small river running beneath the house. As you enter the restaurant, under a glass slab, you can see the fish tank in which the trout frolic. Frédéric Lehn will serve you trout with blue cheese or almonds. This young chef is not lacking in talent, nor is his cuisine lacking in maturity. He prepares according to daily arrivals, and his dishes are inventive and gourmet, even if his menu includes some classics (which it does!). Before you leave, take a look at the little baskets filled with homemade cakes, the famous weihnachtsbredele. They're sold by weight.
