A friendly, family-run home with collections showing reconstructions of workshops in Klingenthal.

Klingenthal owes its existence to the creation of a royal sword factory in 1730 by Louis XV. The village, which is essentially made up of former factory buildings, has a friendly, informative and well-presented museum for families. The collections allow to observe reconstitutions of workshops as well as an important number of old weapons. Know-how of yesteryear and production techniques are exposed from the creation to the closing.

Heel mooi pand en heel mooi ingericht met meerdere verdiepingen.

Helaas alleen uitleg in het Frans, waardoor het voor ons minder interessant is.

Spreek je weinig tot geen Frans, bespaar je dan de omweg.

A voir... On a été bien reçu par la dame puis bien renseigné sur le fondement de la Manufacture.
La visite se fait sur plusieurs étages (à pied ou avec ascenseur)
Tout est bien présenté et bien expliqué...
On a pu acheter des petits souvenirs. C'était sympas.
