Restaurant offering good food with local products and artisanal ice cream.

Good dishes made with local products! On the menu: giant salads, méli-mélo pork and blood sausage from the Cathar country, brandade of codfish... The local productions are also expressed in the glasses thanks to a nice selection of wines from Minervois, organic beers from Aude, fruit juices from Somail, etc. Don't leave without having tasted the artisanal ice creams made with ewe's milk: the one with the milk-flower of salt jam, the fig or the best-seller, caramel flower of salt of Gruissan. You can finish this nice moment by a ride in electric boats.

L'endroit est sympa au bord de l'eau, par contre la cuisine... ! Lamentable. A certains moments, il faut passer à autre chose. Il est clair que la personne en cuisine ne sait pas faite à manger....

Ça vaut vraiment le détour.
