In an outdated setting with discreet charm, the restaurant is located in the village. Chef Gilbert Kündig likes his kitchen to be in line with market products. Here you can enjoy tasty dishes in a village bistro atmosphere. It is almost the impression of being received in our family, so the frame is friendly and friendly. Although the map is reduced, we aim for quality and freshness according to arrivals and seasons. Here the dishes are goûtus and come from the surrounding countryside. We offer two fish dishes and four meat, delicious dishes. The dishes are treated and inventive with lobster salami, the back of the cabillaud-cooked cod with its compotée vegetable compotée is a pure treat. You will be surprised by a gorgeous crayfish aux and a cold mint bowl with a tomato dressing. The icy sabayon with the apricot brandy is desired and based on black chocolate and coffee with its vanilla cream looks more like a chocolate foam than a cake. The restaurant has a pleasant terrace in summer with a beautiful view of the mountains. A place with simple tastes for an exceptional kitchen.
