CERCLE DU SALÈVE
Opened in 1898 by winegrowers from Veyrier to sell local production, the Salève Circle has remained a prétention village bistro, but it is a lively place to stop the Salève return. In "Neu-Neu", we eat simple and efficient cuisine: tender coffee, steak tartar, perch, salads, schublig strips or fondue. To stay in the spirit of its creation, the boss of the circle also offers a selection of Geneva wines, including the «Rives de l'Arve», wines from the village to be discovered. At the end of the day you will find the best prices and friendly hospitality. In summer you can enjoy a beautiful terrace facing the village church.
