Joëlle and Philippe Taillé, took over this bakery, which had existed for two centuries in Cologny, in 1989. Perpetuating the tradition of good bread is the symbol of the quality and know-how of their bakery-pastry shops and tea-rooms in Cologny, Onex, Carouge, and Geneva (Florissant and Montchoisy), which they will pass on to their child Stéphanie. Philippe Taillé has received the Label and Quality Label award three times, three stars from the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Bon pain, as well as the Prosper Montagné club prize. A jewel of the traditional bakery in Geneva.
