The Dix des Dix Vins in Hermance is always a place where you love to spend time in small committee or in a group of friends. In a simple and friendly setting, the friendly boss and the globe-trotter welcome you with good humour. His cuisine, both generous and light, makes the most of fresh vegetables and fish from the lake, depending on the lot. There are always simple dishes on the map, such as the many vegetarian or vegan salads, cheese plates or cold meats, and a rich beef fillet, season hunting, or chef's suggestions. You will only have an embarrassment of choice. It is a meeting place where people from the end of the world sometimes find themselves. The wine is from the house, with eleven varieties and ten different wines, hence the name of the restaurant. Room to receive groups of 25 people, upon reservation.
