AUBERGE D’HERMANCE
In the heart of the picturesque medieval village of Hermance, this rustic elegance is associated to classic cuisine with exotic flavours sometimes from the woods. With an intimate atmosphere cosy in winter, and a shaded terrace which is very trendy during summer and some rooms to prolong the pleasure of your adventure (ferrying by watercraft is available for customers, during summer). Fireplace, exposed beams, warm tones, Franz Wehren knows how to receive his guests and has done this for over thirty years. The Perly chicken crusted with salt, perch fillets from Lake Geneva and the sea bass crusted with salt, are present on the menu composed of meat and fish for example accompanied by risotto with chanterelles, sweet pepper compote and roasted potatoes or potatoes straw and vegetable spaghetti.
