Just under the castle of Prangins, here is a pleasant stop where it is good to ask after a visit of the National Museum, whether it be summer on the large terrace under the vine or winter in the rooms of the bistro. Proposed by chefs Jacques Besse and Roger Volery, the map is light, with a pan of curry gambas or the inescapable boom nets. The Café des Alpes would harm its name if it did not propose the cheese fondue of Gruyère cheese! The top room is pleasant with views of the lake and the Alps.
