This new shopping centre has favoured a futuristic architecture to accommodate new businesses in a geographical area in deep urban planning: new constructions, new facilities, new offers for housing, offices and shops. ARCenter is a functional and pleasant centre: an arc-shaped shopping gallery whose glass-panelled windows favour daylight; It has a pleasant patio, as well as an inner roof that is joined by bridges. The accessibility of visitors has been facilitated with nearby bus stops, a parking lot reserved for cyclists and another in the basement for motorists, as well as places nearby. ARCenter responds to new energy standards by favouring the savings and recovery of energy that enables it to produce, in autonomy, the hot water and heating necessary. This building receives a Migros shopping centre (with a market) and 10 complementary shops as well as offices. This new centre has set up an effective and enlarged team and has thus created 60 new jobs!
