Perched on the top of the village of Grand-Saconnex, in an old renovated house, the Café de la Mairie is sailing on the wave of the modern "bistro" in the inventive kitchen. Rather sober, the three rooms decorated with a few contemporary works surround the open kitchen where the young chef Reto Laterza is located. On the map that varies regularly, meat dishes, fish, seafood, pasta, risotto and salads blend harmoniously tradition and originality, with the Mediterranean and exotic touches of rigour. The gourmands will not miss the delicious chocolate sweetness in the warm and melting heart. In the summer, the restaurant has two pleasant terraces, one on the street and one in the inner courtyard in the shade of the virgin vine.
