The dishes that make the restaurant's success come true to delicate and sunny flavours such as zucchini flowers stuffed with the mozzarella di buffala and anchovies, cutlettes to «grissinis» and gilded to butter; orange nets, gold and basil gold and squash and squash ravioli, butter, thyme and Parmesan. Variations in dishes are seasonal and always selected according to market products. Inside, there is a very intimate guest room for meals between selected guests. The wine list is not in place, and honours the great Ticino and Italian wines. A little wonder in Nyuma.
