BRUAND
Dominique and Carole Ryser are a reference in Geneva for cheese lovers, who have been finding them in their shop based in the Halle de Rive for more than 15 years. 300 references, a partnership with Hervé Mons, 6 different Roqueforts, a complete collection of raclette cheeses for all tastes (really all!) from Fey, Nandaz, Conches and Bagnes among others, and the famous "Bruand" raclette made in Saanen and matured in Gruyère (Fribourg) and local charcuterie. A second sign is located on the road to France (about 7 kilometres from Geneva in the direction of Thonon). Sharing a tasty cheese means combining conviviality and greediness. So don't hesitate to bring back a little Swiss quality before crossing the border!
