This restaurant in an ancient family brasserie style is as attractive as its dishes offered by the chef Patrice Mièvre: heart of beef fillet with of Simmentaler Béarnaise sauce, fried Saint-Pierre aiguillettes with green asparagus and beans etc. You can also savour your meal on a refreshing and green terrace. Pendant notre séjour en Suisse, on a déjeuné dans ce resto à Conches. Belle découverte! Cadre sympa, excellente cuisine et jolie terrasse.
