Le Restaurant du Château de Penthes delights food-lovers in a completely glass-fronted modern décor with warm colours ideal for sweet escape and culinary discoveries. On sunny days, the glass wall opens entirely on to a beautiful terrace. Sandro Haroutunian and his team offer their interpretation of seasonal products found in the market and a cuisine that constantly changes with seasons. One enjoys Läckerli breaded cubes of foie gras or mullet fillets with creamy cauliflower and anchovy butter.
Le Restaurant du Château de Penthes has several reception rooms in a large park of nine hectares overlooking Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc.
