Founded in 1938 by Jules and Louisa, Les Cygnes restaurant perpetuates the best of tradition by preparing and cooking local produce. Starting with lake fish caught by Ludo (the son), trimmed and boned on site before being cooked by Yannick (the second son). To be enjoyed on a dreamy terrace or in the dining room: perch fillets prepared 9 ways, lake fish served whole and carved at the table, plancha of Lake Geneva fish, beef fillet, lamb shoulder confit. A fine selection of wines. The true taste of happiness!

Seul bémol : on y était le soir et n'avons pas pu profiter du lieu, de la terrasse et de la vue sur le lac...nous serons obligés de revenir...avec plaisir !!
Your experience: Usually we were very satisfied with the meals and Staff. During our last meal at the end of September Manager of the tables had a very UNPLEASANT behaviour to us because we 'were enclaved' against the gateway to the veranda we had slightly moved the table, that did not rain with this LADY he made a scandal in front of all guests to support the table next door that was one very unpleasant moment it could have acted with more tact...... we are on the same basis!!! … It is a pity because the restaurant and serving staff are very well, that deserves 5 star but considering this behaviour I of dishes only 3.
What it liked: Pleasant setting- Good- nice waiters.
What it did not like: UNPLEASANT attitude manager of the tables.
