Founded in 1938 by Jules and Louisa, Les Cygnes restaurant perpetuates the best of tradition by preparing and cooking local produce. Starting with lake fish caught by Ludo (the son), trimmed and boned on site before being cooked by Yannick (the second son). To be enjoyed on a dreamy terrace or in the dining room: perch fillets prepared 9 ways, lake fish served whole and carved at the table, plancha of Lake Geneva fish, beef fillet, lamb shoulder confit. A fine selection of wines. The true taste of happiness!
