A guesthouse founded in 1978, renovated several times, and well known to Haputale lovers. The 8 rooms have the necessary comfort for a short stay and most of them have a balcony with a view on the tea plantations. In addition to the restaurant which serves good Sri Lankan and international cuisine, the guesthouse has a library full of books, magazines and tourist brochures. Ideal to prepare your excursions in the region. Pick up on arrival at the station.

Cette guest house possède pas mal de chambres dont certaines tout juste rénovées. Je vous conseille de mettre un peu plus cher et de choisir celles-ci, ce que nous n’avions pas fait. La guest house sert un bon petit déjeuner, mais ne fait plus restaurant. Par contre, la propriétaire a ouvert un restaurant au cœur du village qui est très bon (lettuce & cabbage) et l’on peut se faire livrer certains des plats du menu à la’ guest house.
