Located high above Badulla Road, across from the racetrack, The Rock Hotel is a fairly well-kept establishment built in the 1960s. It offers comfortable rooms that come in Standard Double Rooms, Deluxe Rooms and Family Rooms. All rooms have fireplaces, cable TV and private bathrooms with hot water, refrigerator and minibar. Heating by fixed generators which, unfortunately, lacks a little power in some rooms. Renovated in 2015 with installation of new bedding.
