At the bottom of a dead end, a real little discovery. Crucifixes and missiles cohabit in a jumble of knick-knacks, each one as incongruous as the next. The tables and walls are the guestbook of the house, where each visitor leaves a small trace of his passage. It is here that the famous chorrillana (pieces of beef, fried onions, sausages, eggs and chips) would have been invented... Alas, if the place is worth a look, the quality of the food is not up to the standard, but it's still good enough to try the Chilean gastronomy!

Il faut y aller le soir tard, entre amis. (jamais seul). Demandez la chorrillana bien sùr. Ce n'est pas de la haute gastronomie. C'est ce que le peuple mangeait. Vous devrez demander votre chemin pour trouver, c'est mal éclairé. Vous y aller pour l'ambiance, pour vous restaurer et reprendre des forces et poursuivre votre découverte des nuits chaudes du port. C'est un des rares endrois qui restent du vieux Valparaíso.
