The Paseo 21 de Mayo is a short walk, but offers some of the finest views of the port and bay. Here you'll find craftsmen's stalls and a few cafés where you can enjoy a refreshing drink. A number of houses have recently been restored and are now home to hostales and restaurants. This is where you'll find the picturesque Casa Cuatro Vientos, a truly blue house clinging to the hillside, which almost everyone takes pictures of. The framing that encompasses the port, the elevator (closed until further notice) and the blue house has become the city's postcard.
