It is one of the city's most famous lookouts, crowded during the December 31st festivities. Recently rehabilitated, it is all the more pleasant. You can visit the Baburizza Palace or take a walk around the new Palacio Astoreca (a hotel and an excellent gourmet restaurant).

D'un coté un magnifique panorama sur la baie ,la ville basse, de l'autre des édifices rénovés et une très agréable petite place qui permet le repos en contemplant la vue. Passage obligé de cette ville
