The rooms have sea views and are spread over eight floors. There are also suites, including two presidential suites, a spa and a swimming pool. The restaurants, four in number, offer vegetarian options and have menus with a wide variety of options. The service is very formal and somewhat stuffy, but the comfort and professionalism are impeccable.

Hotel de grand luxe, parfois un peu bling bling. C'est cher et il faut le savoir , mais les prestations sont en conséquence. Des chambres, vue extraordinaire sur le Pacifique. Au dernier étage, salons de massage avec vue sur la mer. De l'hôtel, accés direct á cette vénérable institution qu'est le Casino de Viña où tant de fortunes se sont faites et défaites (plutôt dans les années 50-60). Service impeccable.
