A beautiful park featuring plants brought back from Oceania and the Far East, as well as the magnificent Palacio Vergara.
Welcome to the city's most beautiful park! It was designed by Doña Dolores Pérez de Álvarez (family of the city's founders), but it's also to her son, a great traveler, that we owe the diversity of plants brought back from Oceania and the Far East. The magnificent Venetian-style Palacio Vergara, home to the Museum of Fine Arts, reopened in 2022 after years of renovation. Don't miss the open-air Amphitheatre and the famous Viña del Mar International Song Festival, held here every February.
