The village of L'Islet has provided Quebec with great navigators, including one of the most famous of them, Captain Bernier, a pioneer of polar exploration in Canada and a legendary navigator. One of the permanent exhibitions is dedicated to him. You will also pass by the boat house and visit an icebreaker (audio tour available).
