Home to the La Chasse-Pinte cooperative brewery, this is a marvellous place, with the warm atmosphere of a small old-fashioned house where the works of local artists take pride of place everywhere. Its gourmet menu features the great classics of bistro cuisine, as well as market dishes that vary according to harvest and arrival. And, of course, it's all accompanied by one of our house beers. As for atmosphere, musical and comedy performances by emerging and established artists are programmed, as well as improvisation evenings.

Le service est un peu trop rapide à notre goût (à l'américaine). Il faudrait qu'on laisse le temps aux gens de relaxer un peu entre les assiettes. Cela se demande par contre, alors n'hésitez pas!
Leur tartare de saumon fumé était très bon, leur pizza margharita manquait de tomates par contre. Plus une purée de carottes comme sauce. Quand même bonne.
Il y a un beau petit magasin avec des produits dérivés à côté du bistro, ce qui a bien complété notre visite. À essayer!
