A witness to the past, the old Perron cheese factory has been transformed into a cheese interpretation centre. On the program: guided tour, exhibition-demonstration, familiarization with the artisanal and industrial production of cheddar cheese, product tasting. Introductory workshops on butter making are also offered. To discover: the restaurant-boutique of the cheese factory in the heart of the village, Chez Perron (their Perron cheese poutine is a real treat).
