Ease of access, calm and authenticity are certainly the main features of the Louna Riad. Far from some of the fashion shots (although some are very successful), this riad has been able to find its brands fairly quickly in the medina of Fez. Jean-Pierre, the happy owner, knows the hidden secrets of this fabulous medina, and perhaps you will reveal some of them. In the space of a few days, we are transported in the space of a traditional bourgeois family in Morocco. Discreet reception, efficient service. Authentic and skilful decoration, huge wooden doors, sculpted haute reliefs, poster beds… From the rooms, the large glass windows overlook the patio, its fountain and orange trees. In short, you will have realised it, everything is gathered for a successful stay in the heart of Fez.

Les chambres sont propres et toutes dotées du wifi et celui-ci fonctionne très bien (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans d'autres riads de par la configuration des lieux).
Le personnel est très accueillant et bienveillant et se fera un plaisir de vous donner de bonnes adresses pour vous restaurer. Mohamed et Hassan ont toujours le sourire et veille à chaque instant à ce que vous ne manquiez de rien.
Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et varié (pâtisseries, gâteaux différents chaque jour).
L'établissement dispose également d'un restaurant sur place ce qui peut être apprécié de certains touristes qui ne souhaitent pas forcément bouger une fois la nuit tombée (je ne l'ai pas testé et ne peux donc donner mon avis sur celui-ci).
Je recommande sans problème ce riad !
