The trend in local cooking classes has been well understood in Fez. There are therefore quite a few places, very well, which offer to try their hand at cooking for a few hours around a couscous, a tagine or other pastillas, Alya is however the one that we found most respectable in terms of price. For two to three hours, in groups of two to four people, you will choose your vegetables at the souk to prepare one or two starters of your choice as well as a tajine dish. Be diligent, the session necessarily follows a friendly dinner!
