LE JARDIN D'AZROU
Guest farm in a rural setting, at an altitude of 1,450 m in Azrou, with 5 simple, comfortable rooms
The "Swiss-Moroccan" couple, Karine and Abdelah, welcome you at an altitude of 1,450 meters in a rural setting. This guest farm will delight lovers of nature and tranquillity. Fields of poppies, cherry, apple, almond and fig trees form the garden surrounding the inn. The inn's project is based on respect for nature and the environment, and the construction and energy installations are part of an ecological approach (solar energy for water and electricity, composting, etc.). The five rooms are simple and comfortable. When it comes to dining, you can enjoy Karine's fine cuisine, a blend of her Swiss and Moroccan influences. Cheese fondue, orange trout in honor of the region's culture, and raclette are all on the menu. Most of the dishes feature fresh vegetables and fruit from the kitchen garden. As a mountain guide, Abdelah, a specialist in flora and fauna, will be delighted to show you around the region. There are many walks to choose from: hikes lasting one or more days, mountain bike rides, horseback riding, itinerant bivouacs... Zoological, botanical and geological excursions are also available. A complete, family-friendly and bucolic address to appreciate the beauty of the Middle Atlas landscapes.
