GRAND MOSQUE MINARET
Go there and contact
The remarkable minaret of the great mosque of Tiznit, non-Muslims are not allowed to enter the compound.
The minaret has a strange look: poles, where the souls of the deceased rest, are planted there. It is in this mosque that El Hiba was proclaimed Sultan in 1912. For reasons of confidentiality, and like everywhere else in the territory, non-Muslims are not allowed to enter the compound. The only mosque that opens its doors to other religious or atheists is in Casablanca (Hassan II Mosque). Here, in Tiznit, you can observe the discreet exterior.
