Named one of the best new restaurants in the country in 2018 by Air Canada enRoute, Sand and Pearl is a table entirely dedicated to seafood, especially oysters (hence the name of the place). The famous snow crab from Fogo Island, Atlantic lobster and smoked trout nicoise from Manitoulin Island are also available. The restaurant is very cute and full with, on top of that, a really nice terrace area with a holiday atmosphere. Also to be discovered: his little sister, The Auld Spot Pub restaurant in Toronto.
