Tide & Vine is above all an oyster bar. In fact, it is this restaurant that organizes the famous Oyster Fest Niagara every year in June. In addition to this succulent mollusk, the house offers all sorts of dishes that honor the products of the sea (house-smoked salmon, seafood chowder, mussels, fish of the day, mac & cheese with lobster, etc.) and we highly recommend the sea plate for two with a little extra caviar. Also not to be missed: the Sunday brunch that attracts the crowds.
