Opened in 2014, the hotel is located on the outskirts of the river Drozdy, near the water park and the Lebyazhy reserve. Access to the park's attractions is free of charge. A bungalow includes walks on a yacht. The rooms are tastefully furnished in a marine style. The hotel will be appreciated by travellers looking for calm in a large city. Free parking and free Wi-Fi. Excellent value for money.
